hello, i used to own a minecraft account but for some reasont it got deleted, when i bought the game the email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but i changed it to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. everything worked a few months ago, but now when i try to log into either of the emails it says that no microsoft account exists with any of those emails, i have changed nothing at all. If my account was hacked and the email was changed in some way, i have proof of my payment, i have the card that i bought the game with.

Hello, I would recommend you try downloading your profile from Xbox live. Just scroll to the end of the list of profiles when signing in and choose to download a profile.

If you simply deleted the profile off the console, that just means you deleted the local copy of it. It still exists on a server somewhere, and if you follow Lillithvain's link there you will see steps for re-downloading it.

Greetings, DESTROYER. If you can't remember your Windows LIVE ID password, you can reset it by visiting this page:
account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx. Once you have reset your password you should be able to redownload your profile to your console by following the directions in this support article
titled "Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile".

In the meantime, if you suspect your account was compromised I would also recommend going through these pages to secure your account:

If you simply deleted the profile from the console, just re-download the profile. Try these steps:

Hello, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.
