Hello Mazen, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

there is no option that states: your account got comprimised/hacked

isnt there someone i can talk to that will recover my account

why would they ask you to pay

suspension for payment option is not the same as comprimised account

if you are just disputing charges because your son wasn't supervised thats different and invalid comprimised account case

An IP address can be easily obtained if you know where and how to look. However, it does not give specific details about yourself. The best he'd be able to get from it is the city you live in and your internet provider.

One of the bad things about him having it is that he could knock your internet offline for a short period of time. If this does happen contact your internet provider and let them know so they can issue you a new IP address.

Finally, you are not allowed to call out other players on the forums. If you do believe him to be doing something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service use the dashboard reporting tools to report him. Go to his bio and select File Complaint and follow
the instructions provided.

As for your account being compromised I suggest you do the following to resolve the issue.

1. Change your Microsoft account security information
When you suspect something suspicious has happened with your account, you should change your passwords immediately. Go to
https://account.live.com/ and see if you can still log into your Microsoft account.

If you can login, change your password immediately, and add or update your security information. We highly recommend adding a telephone number and Trusted PC, then go to step 2.

If you cannot login to change your password or if you notice unrecognized security proofs, skip to Step 4.

4. Call Xbox LIVE Support if needed
Only call Xbox support if:

• There are unauthorized charges on your account
• You can't change your password
• Your gamertag has changed
• You can't download your profile

We can guide you through the next steps. To help us make sure you have the following information ready:

• Your Microsoft account associated with your gamertag
• An alternate email that needs to be different than the one associated with your Microsoft account
  
• Your Console ID and serial number
