You can go to the
Account website and log in, if there are issues you will then see them there.

If it is an Enforcement you can go to the
Enforcement site and see if there are any active suspensions.

Unfortunately there's nothing that Xbox Support can do in a situation like this. Suspensions are handled by the Enforcement team and not the Support team.
