    My account got banned someone hacked it


    hello someone hacked my account for the second time I disputed the charges once my bank told me what took place so now im banned for Microsoft thief I feel like its unfair cause when I noticed my account gamertag being changed I reported it so I'm now locked
    out my account until 12/31/9999 I just want someone to tell me what should I do mygamertag is now BOOMGODxTMAC I changed my password this is not the account that's banned

    I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

    You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

    If a Case Review is available then I suggest gathering all information you have available about the issue and use that to submit a Case Review. If availble for you, keep in mind that a Case Review is a One time option.
