    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    The Xbox PET (Policy Enforcement Team) do not read this forum. They are in
    Forum 15     if this was an Xbox LIVE ban. If it was a one-game-only ban, then you would need to contact the publisher of that game.



    I'd also suggest checking your email (including Spam and Bulk folders) for the message from the PET explaining why you were banned.
