My account got banned for no reason(details section "no details to be shown") and ive spent...

If i dont get my account back or all the money i spent there will be a court case!!!

Youd have to file a case review on the enforcement team site as far as the account ban goes. Its mostly gamers like yourself who respond here.

That being said do other people in your household use your account or your xbox? I ask because console bans are only given for the worst/repeated offenses to the rules and only after an investigation was done. Console bans arent given out lightly. Only in extreme circumstances. As such there is no way to get a case review for a console ban and therefore no way to have that reversed.

dissatisfied. you would think there is something that can be done. mind you again this happened in 2023...it's 2024 and i am just NOW getting banned... and details CAN'T be shown i have an enforcement saying that for the detailed reason on why i'm suspended...

You only get 1 chance to appeal. And as stated, if they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

Ive tried submitting another appeal but i cant submit more than 1 appeal, ive tried contacting them but their “talk to a agent” put me on with a ambassador, i really dont want to lose this account mate this accounts been like theropy so to say i really dont wanna lose this acc is abit of a understatement
