    I am very sorry that you are going through this situation, I always recommended contacting support in these types of cases, but a user corrected me and told me that support has nothing to do with this.

    So I couldn't tell you what option to give you to make an appeal. Remember that this is a Microsoft community help center, we are players like you.

    You would need to log onto the enforcement page HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    How someone can be an Independent Advisor & not know this basic bit of info is beyond me.
