My account got banned because I apparently did s*xual things

So on Tuesday i was playing Adopt me with my cousin. After an hour my xbox account got banned permanently, i think it was because my brother was on my account the day before. But I haven’t done anything. I’m only 13 and I spent several thousand £ on my account and I dont want to lose it all. I mainly play 4 games (Among Us, Fortnite, Roblox and The Sims 4). I feel very sad to lose my account and i feel sad Is there any way I could get it back

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review. Per the terms you agreed to when you signed up, you are responsible for your account at all times. It's against to rules to let anyone else use your account, so even if it was done while your brother was using the account, you are responsible for it.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Support doesn't handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't be able to do anything.

I already did a case review which didn’t get approved, sp I’m not sure what to do, should I call for support?

Also. the account apparently got banned when my freinds did this, but when i checked for suspension reason. it said that the account was not suspended or not there.
