How would I get help on this site? Where is it stating why I got banned? Cause this account isn’t the one I was banned on, I’ve already received emails and the only reason I was banned was due to “violating the terms and services” which is false.

When it's a console ban it's not exactly tied to an account ban. Because of privacy reasons, Microsoft would not let you know who was the person who got the console banned and as stated above, there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and they are the ones who handle bans.

If it’s not a “exploit” and it’s a “rumor” explain why theirs pictures of the exploit? Why are big YouTubers talking about it and showing proof? Explain why there’s a lot of players getting banned for no reason at all?
