My account got banned after just a day from creating

Hello everyone

I bought new xbox from my friend

And I created a new account and bought 3 games

1 game through key

2 games through Xbox store

After just 1 day I received that my account got banned

So I went to submit an appeal request

So I told them :

Why my account got banned I don’t have any idea

And how I can recover it ?

The didn’t explain clearly why it got banned and my appeal request got refused

So now is there any way to get my account back or sell my new xbox and buy new playstation ?

I am so sorry you are having issues with a ban. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can only appeal once, if it has been refused you would have to wait for the ban to subside. There is also no way to escalate.

If you did not do anything egregious the account should not be banned for very long. It is up to you what you do now.

So I’m just unable to do anything? This is just dumb for a company this big, i never had a ban before and only got it on the new account. Only reason why I created another new account after that one got banned is because it got locked for no reason. They just need to bring back actual support instead of these stupid roundabout ways that barely work!

I do understand that I am responsible and I received a 4 day communication ban from a message sent by them, but I was suspended from him using a card on my account to gift himself something and after I got it refunded I was banned for the use of the card.

I finally got my answer. I had to create another account just to get a call from support. They informed me that the account was permanently banned, and they permanently banned my console from being used online so thanks policy & enforcement team for the $250+ paper weight. After 15+ years I will be moving on from Xbox and all their products. I was given no grace in terms of a week, 2 weeks, or even a 1-month suspension from the Xbox network. Luckily income tax returns are right around the corner, and I will be able to get a PS4 or PS5.

[/quote]17 days ago i got banned for 2 weeks, i didn't do anything. The mods ban you if they dont like you and tell you they sent you a pm explaining the reason, of course they never do pm you, also if your opinion differs from theirs they ban you. A mate
