There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. Since we
need to know which billable account is your primary account so we can place your money into it, the deposit fails. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account
information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

That happened to me when I went to transfer one of my accounts to a different email address so i can transfer my main account to that email address. Instead, it made a new account without me doing anything and named it a random name. Have you at least tried
to transfer juiceboxsamurai to the email address you want it to be linked to?

Thank you for replying. I have already tried that. The thing is, the account is not mine, it is the hacker’s. I cannot recover the account because i need the email. My Microsoft account got deleted and my minecraft account got transferred to the hacker’s microsoft account. I do not have any sort of control over that account at the moment.
