my account get locked for no reason, I cant play my xbox.

We understand that you're having an issue with your Microsoft account being locked due to some unusual activity in your Outlook account keeps popping up.

The most common cause of the account being locked is not having at least two pieces of security information (alternate email address and phone number). Or it could also be caused by an Internet connection that uses different IP addresses. At any rate, let us work together as a team to try to get to the bottom of this.

To better assist you though I need to ask:

1) When was the last time you successfully logged in to the account? I need an exact date.

2) Did you add both an alternate email address and phone number to the account for recovery purposes? Both should still be working right now.

3) If you use a totally different device than the one you're using right now can you log in to the account without any issues?

4) How long have you had this issue? Days? Weeks? Months?

5) From the device you’re having an issue, can you tell me if you’re getting all green checkmarks when visiting the following link?https://portal.office.com/ServiceStatus

We also want to suggest that you go to this link for more details and guidance.

This is a classic phishing message to steal your account. Any time you get an email you think is real that asks you to verify, call them. 9 times out of ten it’s fake

I would say that would be my first guess as to why you’re getting locked.

If i report this, can i still get achievements while my account is locked, or is it completely locked and i cant sign on at all?

Do you know why my account was locked, and now I'm being ignored for wrongly locked by Microsoft? I still fill out the forms and get no answers, except I'm getting different reasons why it's closed so clearly; I didn't do it because I only play games with the account so please help me get it back.
