My account doesnt exist

Hey, I think I have the same issue but my email was changed. I dont know how it happened I havent played minecraft or logged into anything suspicious and the last i had to was when i was claiming microsoft rewards. But I believe I have the hackers email address that they changed my account to hope it can help my situation. I really hope you guys could do something with this *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. My gamertag is cuzez8200. It will not let me into any other Microsoft things aswell. Last thing i did with the account was log into xbox cloud gaming and played fortnite.

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

but i bought minecraft on my account and it says my account doesnt exist when i remember making it

Hi. Whenever I try and use one of the account recovery methods, it doesnt work. When I try and sign into microsoft account recovery with my email it says that the email doesnt exist. However, I know the account exists as I bought minecraft with it. Is there anything I can do about this or is my minecraft and microsoft account lost forever?

To answer your inquiry, you can only recover your Forza Horizon 5 game, if you're able to access your old Microsoft Xbox account.

I would highly recommend you to check and access all of your email addresses on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History. From there check if you have the Forza Horizon 5 game license.

If the game license can't be found under your order history, please try the following steps:

Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.

If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The gamertag that’s associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

If you can’t sign in, check your other email inboxes for messages about your Xbox subscription or Xbox offers. This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox profile.

Tip Think back to when you created your Microsoft account. Were you using a different internet service provider for email at the time?

If you’re part of an Xbox family group, have an organizer (adult account) look up your account info with the Xbox Family Settings app.

Note This step only works if you’re set as a member of the Xbox family group. Organizers can’t review the account info of other organizers in a group.

Steps for the organizer:

Open the Xbox Family Settings app on their mobile device.

Choose the member whose account info isn’t known.

Select the Info bubble next to the user’s gamertag.

Review the info under the Account email for the Microsoft account that’s associated with their Xbox profile.
