My account changed

are you sure you are using the correct email address (microsoft account) to get to your Xbox Live Account? If so then something may have caused to create a different xbox live account on the same email address, the best thing to do in such a case is to contact
Xbox Support, they should be able to take a more in depth look if that is indeed the case, they should also be able to guide you through the steps on how tyo move that other xbox live account, so you can get to your correct Xbox Live Account again.

Hi, if your original date of birth, when creating an Xbox account has you as under adult age for your region (18 except in South Korea and Japan which is 20) then you will need to wait for that date of birth to progress to adult. Xbox date of births are
locked.

Contact Microsoft and make sure your account is an adult account, if not you can submit she verification to get it changed.

The Xbox uses the Date of birth associated with your Microsoft account. Please check to ensure that it is correct. If not you will need to speak to Xbox Support to.see if it can be changed. There are restrictions on changing your date of birth to prevent
children from simply changing it to get out of parental restriction. Please use the contact us link.at the bottom of any Xbox.com webpage and request a callback from Support. Until that is chnaged you will not be able to do what you are trying because that
is limited to Adult accounts.
