My account changed

Hello, i have a problem.

today when i loged up in my account, i've got a message says my account suspended..

after i fix that problem with my dad, it gave me another gamertag, a new account ...

when i tried to play my downloaded fifa 16, it says CANT LAUNCE FIFA 16..

how can i back to play it?

how can i fix that problem...

My account changed

My account was changed without that I had changed it. It was changed so that I could not play Minecraft on my tablet with other people trough Xbox Live. In Minecraft it said that you could change it in my Microsoft account on Xbox.com, but it didn't work.
Has anyone got any ideas how to do to fix it? Or does someone have the same problem?

 

I want to change my email associated to my account ?

are you sure you are using the correct email address (microsoft account) to get to your Xbox Live Account? If so then something may have caused to create a different xbox live account on the same email address, the best thing to do in such a case is to contact
Xbox Support, they should be able to take a more in depth look if that is indeed the case, they should also be able to guide you through the steps on how tyo move that other xbox live account, so you can get to your correct Xbox Live Account again.
