    I didn't get a refund for AOE 4 and I still want to play it, just offline and not updated. How do I do that?

    It's been saying this since my credit card and checking account changed and the Store hasn't been able to charge the old ones. I don't want to pay the Store anymore or update the game anymore, just play the old game that I already bought. But it is not letting me do that.

    How can I transfer my son's account to him?

    The best option would be to change the email associated with the account to his email address. You can follow the steps in this

    LINK     to do that. Then he should be able to control the account. You can remove the credit card from account.microsoft.com prior to changing the email address over to him if you do not want him to have access to it anymore.

    Can anyone help me? I requested a refund and then they sent the refund to a different card than the one I paid with.

    It has the last 4 of the card in the EMail. The other card doesn't even exist anymore. It's an older different one that was on my xbox account.

    I may have a problem.

    I also removed my old credit card option that I had on my account because it's not active anymore. Was entering my new one.
