My account cannot remove parental controls to an adults hacked account, what do I do?

Thats the thing. Its an adult account that is controlled through microsoft family by my parent account. The only thing i want to do is prevent the removal of the parent account from the console.

i donno if anyone else said this or not i couldnt read the whole thing in the time i have from what i gathered your wife must change this setting from her account all u can do is remove her from the gold pack but she can change the parental controls on
her account as long as shes listed ad being 18 or over

once you promote an account to an adult you remove the parental controls which you don't seem to want to

Unfortunately no. Adult accounts cannot be changed to child accounts. So even if you do change the email, the account will still be an adult and there would be no way to use parental controls on the account. He would either need to continue using the account
or start over on his child account.

of which are obviously designed for children) cannot be purchased for a child account. So if you, as a parent buy your child an Xbox Live Gold account, please know that 5hey cannot access content design ped for xbox live gold members even with parent permission”.
