My account calls my new password wrong

I lost my account a couple mounts ago cause my brother entered the wrong pin over and over and we have reset password multiple times but every time it says it’s incorrect what do I do?

Here is a new twist. I am the parent account. I had forgotten my Microsoft password so I logged onto Microsoft and reset my password then tried to use the new password on the 2 child accounts and it still is saying it is the wrong password. Any ideas?

has there been any new news on this ? I just got Dirt and right from the beginning it is telling me my youtube account doesn't exist or my password is wrong and that is not the case so I can not link the game with my youtube account

My account is locked. Its asking for a password to sign on I don't recall the password and as said the email I made the account with is wrong so I can't get a code sent to me.. I had to borrow a cell phone to make that call so it's not as simple unfortunately

Wrong. They can. Mine was. my password has not been compromised on any other website or service, and i never shared my account information with a soul.

someone swapped the gamertag from my windows live ID to a new one and put $150 on my credit card. i'd call that a hacking.

I was not phished. i did not share my information. i have no unauthorized third party programs on my xbox.

care to explain how this happened to my account if it wasn't hacked?
