    My 7y/o new Xbox account is locked?


    I got my 7year old a Xbox series s for Christmas & got him a gamepass. About 4days ago his account was locked said fix on the web. So I tried to sign in on Xbox.com & it said his account was locked. I followed the prompt & filled out the form. Haven’t heard anything in 4 days. So I made him a secondary account until we could figure out what happened put it under the family just like his main account he played just fine yesterday & today his 2nd account is now locked as well. He is 7 so I don’t know what guidelines he is possibly breaking.

    Hello Branden, according to Microsoft and the information in the link below if an account has been blocked it is because it violated Microsoft's terms of use.

    Unfortunately here in the community as independent consultants we don't know why this happened to your child's account.

    Owners cant release gts. They c an cancel their accounts but the tags stay in the system locked out for anyone t o use.
