My 7 years account is broken, please help me.

Hi, since 2 days my main account () is broken on the activity feed.

I can't "Like", "Comment" or Share anything, all is broken on every device (Xbox One, Smart Glass, Website and Xbox App on Windows 10)

Many of my friends have also this issue, we are obliged to creates a secondary account to be able to comment or share our activities.

Of course, Clear cache, removed account, change password and all other tricks (Rabbit's foot lol) have fails.

Please Xbox support i requiers your helps, Thank you so much in advance.

PS : I can bring you my help at 100% (I can make videos, screenshot...) everything you need.

Here are a few things to try to resolve your issue.

Power cycle your Xbox:

Double tap the Xbox button on your controller>Settings>Restart console>Yes. Leave it off for about 30-60 seconds and then turn it back on.

Remove your account, power cycle, then re-download it.

Doube tap the Xbox button on your controller>Settings>All settings>Accounts>Remove account>Select your profile>Yes. Once done, power cycle by following the steps above. After that, please double tap the Xbox Button again and go to the profile tab>Add &
Manage>Add new. Type in your Microsoft account email and password and follow the prompts.

No, not work i have already try this things.

My activity "like", "comments" and "share" is broken on ALL device, not only on my Xbox One.

Remove my account, clear cache and all other things on Xbox One, resolved NOTHING, because this issue affect all devise, included activity on Xbox.com browser.

 

A lot of many users have this problem (in particular in Japan)

 

any Help ? where is Xbox Support ?

 

Hey, Hulk! This is likely an account issue, since it's happening on nearly every platform for you (I say nearly because Windows Phone wasn't mentioned, likely because you don't own one!). If I remember right, you are located in France, yes? Make sure your
account is set to your physical location for the best Xbox Live experience.

If it is all set up appropriately, I suggest
reaching out to phone support. They will want to look into any account issues that you may be running into, and get you sent up to the appropriate people if need be.

My account is correctly located in France, yes.

When i say in other thread, a lot of users have this issue in my friends list (a lot of Japanese Friends have this issue, but not only japanese peoples of course).

I have already call xbox support phone.... but.... It is a waste of time, the french support call is very bad (really sorry) and they do not understand the problem.

I'm sure you can up this issue to the right peoples, thank you in advance.
