    My 2 year GamePass Ultimate shows cancelled but It only has 2 months


    I bought an Xbox series X back in October and it came with a two-year subscription of Gamepass ultimate. I didn’t use the Xbox for the last three weeks, and now when I tried to access some games that I downloaded with the Gamepass I found out that I don’t have a subscription anymore and it says it was canceled. I don’t understand what happened can anybody here please help me out! How can I fix this?

    If I redeem a Live Gold code to my existing Gamepass Ultimate would It extend my gamepass ultimate?

    To specifically answer, although Smwtches has given you the conversion table.

    2 months Ultimate + 1 Month Gamepass =

    2months + 20 days of Ultimate.

    Note you will need to expire your ultimate and then cancel Ultimate to be able to get 1 month Gold. If you expire your ultimate and dont cancel then when you add your gold it will be converted to Ultimate.

    Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

    Yeah it has been 2 months since gamepass ultimate worked perfectly I finally canceled my subscription I'm not paying for half **** services, best bet is to buy physical copies of games in my opinion cause cloud gaming sucks on Xbox lately and still isn't fixed 2 months later in August of 2022

    i have 2 year of game pass and one year seperate of gold. if i upgrade to ultimate game pass for 2 months and then cancel after the two months i will lose whats left of my one year of gold and game pass?
    You will only lose if you cancel it like the OP has done. If you just turn off auto renew then you wont lose any time and wont be charged again in 3 years.
