My 2 monitors lose signal after I change a setting in a game.

Sometimes I used it when my monitor goes off signal, so I can change the settings without a screen.

Check the settings on your monitor. Some monitors have specific settings that will only display HDCP signals or only signals that are not HDCP.

Reset everything back to factory. So far so good. 2 of the games are working, we'll see what happens after using more apps and after a few days. Still have issues trying to get my TV to like the 4k. No issues with last 2 xbones.
When I try changing resolution to 4k, screen goes black, then loses signal. If I left then A (triggering the yes to confirm), it takes it.

I connected my Xbox on an another monitor which arrived after my problem. When I plug the HDMI cable it automatically changes source then no signal. And it worked on a smaller TV but on it I couldn't run my Xbox on 1080p or 720p it was stuck on 480p.
