Hi also just a heads up, if you are trying to play from disc the disc only served as a cdkey for the game that prompts the download of the game when recognized so does not install the data from the disc

Check to make sure the games are listed on the backwards compatibility list. Also be sure you are connected to the internet. That's needed to download the emulation package of the game.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty.

Generally, it's usually a miscommunication between the console and Xbox Live that leads it to not load backwards compatible games. This is why I suggest trying what we call a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Im not using a headset.spent all day trasfering data and games from my old xbox one to my new xbox one x and i cant even play games without terrible sound. What am i supposed to do now? Tried all the different audio settings andnothing helps.
