My 1st ever xbox account from xbox 360 that was banned all them years ago.

You would have had to contact the enforcement team when the ban was first issued to see about having it lifted. Otherwise, there's no way to have a permanent ban removed. It doesn't matter how old the account is.

Sorry to say but Xbox 360 bans are permanent and no one can lift this suspension

Is it the same for account ban from over a decade ago? The account that was banned is "Nathanc280" I know it want an actual console device ban.
