My 13 year old son has gotten me console ban trying to get it took off my Xbox

console bans are not reverseable

My son has been trying to play My Career mode and it says he cant. He is on my family plan and is 12 year old. I took all restrictions off. Do I need to change his birthdate? This is beyond frusturating....

For me the most memorable moments in gaming was when my son (its over 1 year old) took one of the Xbox controllers and sit next to me and try to play... My Player 2 a Xbox Gamer in progress!

I'm totally against this. Makes me mad, so I won't elaborate. I'll be making my son a 13 year old account.

Ok, I will elaborate upon speaking to my wife. Companies wouldn't need to do this if parents would get off their laptop and go see what game their kid was playing. Xbox is not a babysitter, nor Electronic Arts.

I appreciate the reply, but we are talking about a father and son here and a 13 year old at that. The fact that he has allegedly put up a gamer pic that is so bad to warrant a 2 month ban but the live team can't even tell me what that image might be is shocking to say the least.
