My 12 month subscription that goes into 2021 is gone

I bought a 12 month XBox subscription from Amazon. but the last purchase indicates the year 2021.

Yeah, I had something similar happened to me. I purchased a 12 month subscription to game pass ultimate back on 31 May 2021, but my consul just informed me that it’s set to expire on 8 November 2021. What can I do?

Thanks for the replies. Surprisingly Microsoft came through. I ended up purchasing a 12 month subscription right after posting this because I had no other choice. The next evening I recieved an email stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience and
added a month of live to my 12 month subscription. So I went into my account and sure enough my xbox live was extended to June 25, 2021. It took way to much effort on my part in all honesty but I'm glad they made it right.

Good day. It's not allowing me to contact support. I believe my prepaid subscription expired 4 months prior to expired date because I activated the code in October 2020.its a 12 month subscription for Xbox live gold. And it expired on 03 05 2021.how in the hel is this possible. I need a refund or answer. If it is a 12 month subscription how can it expire after 7 months. This is not how I pictured Microsoft treating their clients. This is false advertising at its best. If this is not resolved I will be taking court actions against Microsoft. This is not my wrong doing.
