    MXGP 3 game crash


    so i just got game pass specificlaly to play MXGP3 and the game shuts my xbox off completely. When it starts to load in to the menus the screen just goes black forever. Then when you close it out snd try it again it turns my xbox off completely. Anybosy
    else have this issue or know how i can actually play this game?

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with difficulty playing MXGP.

    I would say that if you're still having problems after the previous troubleshooting steps, then you should try what we have in our Xbox One Game
    Freeze Solution    .

    I understand it's Game Pass, but it installs a full copy of the game on your system. Do you have an external hard drive connected to your system?

    Sounds like you might also want to check the steps on this page, for your console shutting off unexpectedly.

    im starting to notice after the initial black screen no matter what i do next when i close out that game or try to start up a new one my xbox just turns off. Not only does that game not play, it messes with anything i try to do next...

    Ive tried all of that, it does nothing. The game is installed on gamepass its not a physical copy.
