MXGP 3 game crash

No i dont have external. And its literally only this gamethat does this. I see other people posting the same issue as well with if

I understand it's Game Pass, but it installs a full copy of the game on your system. Do you have an external hard drive connected to your system?

im starting to notice after the initial black screen no matter what i do next when i close out that game or try to start up a new one my xbox just turns off. Not only does that game not play, it messes with anything i try to do next...

Ive tried all of that, it does nothing. The game is installed on gamepass its not a physical copy.
