MX vs. ATV Legends Black Screen

I am trying to play through the campaign and when I start Rawlings Farm Celebration, the normal cut scenes play but once they end, I’m met with a black screen (I know I’m in the start gates because I can hear other bikes). The whole screen it’s black and I can’t see anything when I pause either.

Things I’ve tried:

-Uninstall and reinstall the game

-Close the game and reopen

-Open an app while it’s running to see if it refreshes

I can’t get this to go away, I’m just trying to play the game and it won’t let me continue until I beat this race (for obvious reasons, I can’t race with a black screen).

Please help with the issue

Have you tried performing a full power cycle?

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

Its not letting me play on xbox live on mx vs atv reflex it says that the mx vs atv reflex server is unavailable at this time please try again later but ive been trying this for 1 day
