    Hi Joshua, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You need to ask your friend to validate what Xbox subscription he has. Ask him to follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    He needs to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Once confirmed that he has it, ask him to remove and re-add his account to re-sync the license for the subscription.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    I have purchased Cod Mw22 and a few Halo Infinite credits and my Xbox says they're completed but my cards says they are recurring what can I do?

    Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein you are still getting a recurring on your cards even though your Xbox says they're completed. After you have successfully purchased Cod Mw22 and a few Halo Infinite credits.

    For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • Are you saying that your credits are not appearing on your account?

    • Did you turn on recurring billing on your account?



    In the meantime, we would like you to try the steps provided down below:

    1. Restart your device after closing your game.

    2. Track down any updates for Halo Infinite.

    3. Log out of Steam and the Xbox app and then back in.

    4. Ensure the transaction went through successfully.

    These sort of outages do occur from time to time on both XBL and PSN. Good luck with the 3 months of free gold. i'm sure we will all be credited for lost time if it's a major outage.
