    I am having the same issue. My Xbox One X will not let me play any game that requires an online connection. I have tried uninstalling and it is of no use. The xbox does not recognize the request. Or at least it doesn't display that it has. I cannot load the store.

    If you are debating changing your gamertag I would hold off until the new gamertag change takes place. I qould guess this will be the standard when the XSX launches this holiday. You will be bale to have any gamertag you like but there will be an invisible
    # with some numbers (#1234) that wont show up in games that support it. Thats what im doing.
