    Voice and text chat disabled due to platform restrictions and I have everything unrestricted so if someone could tell me why my Voice chat won't work that'd be sweet

    yes. I went into my xbox account on PC and removed access from all xbox consoles and then re logged in again. that fixed it

    there may have been a game share glitch
