MW2 uninstalled randomly , wants me to pay again for it

I preordered MW2 last year and ended up beating the campaign on veteran and played a decent amount of multiplayer before I went off to bootcamp for the marines. Fast forwards a year later, I’m at my first duty station and I boot up my Xbox for the first time in a while to play some COD. For some reason MW2 wasn’t in my library anymore, like completely gone. I’ve tried looking it up in the store, but it wants me to pay the $70 again that I paid last year for the cross gen bundle I preordered. I also can’t look up any of the achievements I earned in the game. Veteran achievements? Gone. Intel achievements? Gone. It’s like I never even played the game. I checked my purchase history linked with my account, and it still shows that I bought it all those months ago and shows the purchase as complete. Can someone please tell me what’s going on?

Yeah, I uninstalled, and when I go to the store to download and install it's telling me to buy the game again. Like, uhhhh.. I already paid 100.00$ for this *** and I can't even play the game, u want me to pay for it again? No thanks..
