My full game of mw2 has been removed from my purchase history I no longer have full access to the full game and didn’t receive a refund for the purchase that I have made

I'm not asking for a refund. I've purchased the Expansion Pass on the marketplace on the One. Yet I can't download it on the 360 from my download history. It asks if I want to pay 35,00 Euro again. I already paid it on the One.
