MW2 Preorder fail

I preordered MW2 vault edition and it charged me that day. I had been playing the campaign up until yesterday. After I preloaded the game on my Xbox I tried to play it and it said I didn’t own it. I waited until today(day of release for the game) to try and open it up again just to see that it still said I don’t own the game. I checked my purchase history and it says the preorder was declined for lack of funds but it had already charged me when I first preordered MW2 Vault edition. Now I no longer see it in my game library and it hasn’t returned my $99.99 either. I want to play this game with the preorder bonus and the rest of the stuff that came with vault edition. I don’t know what to do now.

I no longer have the card I used to purchase the preorder so will it refund to my Xbox account?

Refunds always go to the payment method used originally

If you have a new card but the bank is the same. Some banks refund the money on the new card

You may need to reach them to see how they're going to refund the money to you
