    I pre ordered mw2 through the mw19 store I want to cancel my pre order it's not showing up in my xbox pre orders as wasn't ordered through there how do I cancel?

    Hi RaVe, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you have pre-ordered the Modern Warfare 2 from a game menu but through the Xbox console, it should still be visible on your Microsoft order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    Just make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account that you're using on your Xbox when you pre-ordered the game.

    I two have a similar problem except i have pre ordered the mw2 pack in the mw store i had gotten the UDT skin for mw and i have not gotten mw2 remastered is this just me or are there others with this problem

    Where did you pre-order from? If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox Store, your pack is ready for you anytime. Simply download the

    Steep Moonlight Pack     through the Xbox Store and the pack will show up in Steep's 'Ready to install'.

    If you pre-ordered through a 3rd party retailer, and not digitally through the Xbox Store, I suggest reaching out to them for further assistance. Hope this helps!

    Yep, I've ordered from them many times for the free 1600MSP they throw in for a lot of pre-orders. I have always gotten my games on release date from them, even if I selected the 2 day shipping. The recent examples of games I did this with is Borderlands
    2 and Assassin's Creed 3.
