Mw2 freezes indefinitely mid-match, how do I fix this?

Along with freezing for 20 seconds at a time while searching for a match, or my loadout sometimes being reverted to default until the match starts, my game will indefinitely freeze about two minutes into the match until I restart the game. So I can’t finish a match, gain any XP or complete camo challenges. This has been happening for two or three days during some matches until last night when it started happening every match. Before then my game worked fine apart from the previously mentioned problems. My roommate uses the same Wi-Fi I do and has never had this problem, and I’ve tried restarting the Xbox, clearing the MAC address, and redownloading the game. I know the problem might be not having a wired connection but since my roommate doesn’t either and this problem only started a couple days ago, I have no idea what’s wrong.

I fixed it by changing the the graphic settings

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform an extended power cycle on your console and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I'm in the U.K. Western Europe servers , game constantly freezes up pre match , mid match and post match , just not funny .
