MW2 Display Bug Xbox Series X

Yeah essentially it's the same exact thing

I think it’s a tv/monitor refresh rate problem. The game is running at 120hz but my tv is 60hz so they are not in sync. The mw2 Xbox version doesn’t have the same settings that pc does to adjust. I also don’t have $500 to drop on a new monitor to test this theory.

I already tried to explain to microsoft about the screen tearing situation and they did not give me a refund on the grounds that as soon as the game is played there is no chance of getting a refund. Also activison support seems to be backed up so no help from them any time soon. Hopefully they resolve the issue before Warzone 2

In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
