MW2 deleted itself, .. had to buy it AGAIN?

Okay, so I preordered MW2 and have been playing it since release day.
just 30 min ago, I turned on my xbox and noticed the game had a 60gb update which was taking forever because spectrum decided to be apes today, and so my internet was slow.

I canceled the update and the game literally deleted itself off my xbox.
the next thing I did was go to the MS store, and I went over to the same game I bought, but it didnt show me as owning it.
so I clicked on 'buy now' thinking it would THEN say 'you already own this'... but it didnt. So I was charged $70 again.

what do I do, is there any sort of form for me to fill out to get refunded? I still have the receipt from my original preorder of the game from October 19th.

I’m on Xbox one , I’ve fully installed it all, multiplayer, then campaign, then spec ops. It takes nearly a full day all told. I’m installing it on an external hard drive. It says MW2 needs an update , when I check my games list it’s gone and I have to re install it again.
