    MUWG Cloud Save Error


    Playing MUWG I am getting Cloud Save Error. When I open the game by turning off cloud saving, I have lost a years worth of activity. when I open the games, they have been played (by me) but they won't load as played.

    Same error here.

    Problem seems restricted to MUWG. Other games such as Microsoft Mahjong seem OK.

    The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

    Just to make sue I understand...Are you connected online?

    The Xbox One will automatically sync your saves to the cloud unless you're not online...with the latest save.

    Per the link below or in your own words....what happened to the save?

    -Error: “We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud.”

    -Error: “Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud.”

    -Message: “Which one do you want to use?”

    -Error: ”We can’t save additional info for…”
