    Muted friend last night, can’t un mute today.


    hey everyone, I need some assistants.

    I have a few friends I have muted cuz I have played in the same room and didn’t want them coming through my head set also, but now I go into unmute them leave the page and go back and it said I haven’t done so. Is it just a glitch or did I do something in
    my setting.

    Can’t Un-mute Friend

    Hey everyone.

    I’m having an issue with hearing a friend. It keeps showing that they are muted and no matter how many times I click un-mute, it doesn’t change.

    Any advice?

    Hi Doctor Nick21,

    If you are still seeing this happen let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes. If that does not help then the next step will be to try a

    quick factory reset     of the console. Please be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so during this process. If you are still not able to unmute your friends please let us know.
