Music control in latest dashboard update

Im the kind of person who likes to listen to Pandora while im playing games.

You guys used to have it so i could just hit the home button and scroll down to the background music controls and do what i needed to do. In this latest update you made it so i have to click on pandora then set the volume and other controls.

This adds an extra, unnecessary, and most annoying step just to lower or raise the volume.

It would really be grand if we could opt out or you guys give us an option on these updates instead of shoving them down our throats.

Dashboard horrendous since update

Since the latest update my dashboard has become so slow, laggy and clunky. It's a shame because it was good before

 

Keeps disconnecting me from XBL

So to recap , you've tried:-

Deleting and redownloading your profile?

Clearing your cache?

Deleting the latest dashboard update and redownloadiing?

Never going to happen.

Everybody needs to be on a level playing field regarding dashboards.

For example what would happen if you rang up customer support and they were describing you you how to do something, but your on an old dashboard, what the support person is saying to you would be meaningless.

 

You could always have a default dashboard that support could help out from.

Then 5 custom ones for basic needs that one gamer prefer and even fully customized like many web page editors through templates and interactive guides.

Maybe even a wizard that takes you through a couple of choices.

This one size fits all - maybe they realize are so different needs and preferences for various folks it will never be good.

But theme in itself is excellent start, as also deleting parts.

To put a couple of games up on Add to home screen - but also say what is to be beside game icon, statistics, own gameclips, public gameclips or something else.

I actually like Games&Apps part - now being right below game you last played - then the awesome sorting options for last played, a week ago etc. I think I will use this and get rid of pinned stuff - which you can do in this update which I find excellent.

 

This is getting very stupid very fast... Just reuse the XBOX 360 DASHBOARD and add a few tabs. There you go now you have a low impact dashboard that works. SIMPLE IS BEST!!!
