Music and video app controlls

They are driving me crazy. A lot of them use RT and LT. When I'm listening to music, the controller is usually sitting on my bed. The direct consequence is that the slightest movement on my part changes song or fast forwards / rewinds video. I don't know
who thought this was a good idea, but it definitely wasn't. Theses should probably be switched to RB and LB or some other button. I also feel that Microsoft should impose a default control scheme on all music and video apps. I've got 5 or 6 services which
I use and none of them have the same control scheme. It's ridiculous. Game makers obviously know better as shown by the fact that just about every shooter out there use RT and LT for primary fire and zoom respectively.

Problem logging onto Xbox Video

You might want to try deleting the Xbox Music and Video app from your console. Then try opening Xbox Video again.

 

Xbox 360 Music Passthru Using Xbox One

I have my Xbox 360 connected to my Xbox One via HDMI Passthru. Game audio and apps have perfect sound.

However, when I access either the Xbox Music App (I have a subscription) or the Xbox Video app on the Xbox 360 in Passthru Mode, I
do not hear any music audio and when I Play a video, I see the video perfectly, but no audio. I can play for example
iHeart Radio which is also an app and I can hear music perfectly in Passthru mode.

If I play Xbox Video or Xbox Music directly through my Xbox One, audio plays fine for Xbox Music and Xbox Video. So in appears "ONLY" in Passthru is it that I can't hear any music or hear the audio when the video is play. I know the music is streaming because
I can see the countdown timer click away as the seconds elapse on the Xbox 360 screen.

Any ideas?
