Multiversus missing content

Hello. I purchased the Multiversus premium pack (99.99) for my son and although he received the game, he has not received any of the content that was supposed to come with the purchase. We have the receipt confirming the purchase, however, the content is missing. Please assist with this issue. Thank you

When did you purchased this premium pack?

If you go to "manage games and add-ons":

In My games & apps, highlight the game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features, are you able to see the extra content ready to be ticked or already ticked or nothing?

And, is this the item that you purchased?

i cannot find the exe for fortnite and multiversus

there is only couple of games i play like Fortnite and Multiversus and i have seen that my CPU is really high but i got that laptop 9 months ago

Yeah, I have had many people ask, and as everyone said, it's cause of Anniversary.

I have Anniversary (pre-ordered) and played on that yesterday, that fixed it for me.

So, either re-download or hit the store for Anniversary.

It's because of the new Halo: CEA maps. Once you get those, it'll clear up.
