    Hi there - very strange question for you Multiple Xbox One Wireless Adapters Windows in same room (3 different PC's) ? :) .. through a fortunate set of circumstances I have three of the "older version" (circular button on the side, not 66 percent smaller like the newer Windows 10 only adapters) Xbox One Wireless
    Controller Adapters for Windows ... I also have three computers inside the same room, all three computers run Windows 8.1

    I'm just trying to find a use for the multiple Windows adapters... hypothetically speaking, let's say I had all three adapters plugged in at once into all three computers and had an Xbox One controller synced to each computer (for
    example if three people want to game online against each other on each PC) ...

    I'm wondering if the wireless adapters would create "interference" with each other given that they're all close together in the same room... has anyone ever tried this sort of thing? And if so did you have any problems doing so?

    Would you mind checking if same issue happen to other headset connected to your PC?



    Any other headphones work fine, the problem is only with devices connected via Xbox Wireless Adapter 1790.



    May we know if you have tried other computer and does it play the same?



    Yes, the same issue appears on another PC when using the same Adapter + Headset.



    Have you tried downgrading to see if there is any change?

    Can you please share any troubleshooting you have done so far?



    Reinstalling DTS Sound Unbound App

    Reinstalling USB and chipset drivers

    Updating Headset firmware multiple times

    Testing with another PC

    Trying with Xbox Series X



    Bottom line, the issue seems to be the Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows, as Xbox Series console works flawlessly with these headphones.



    Would it make sense to buy a new Wireless Adapter for Windows?



    Are there any differences in the radio protocol of Xbox One and Xbox Series?



    What is the exact model number of the latest Wireless Adapter for Windows? Mine is labeled "1790".

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your questions.

    1. You can use your Xbox 360 wireless controller adapter only for your Xbox 360 controller and not your Xbox One.

    2. The Xbox One wireless controller can only work with the Xbox One controllers on your windows 10 PC.

    3. It depends on which wireless adapter you use for the PC. Here is a link on the

    compatibility for wireless adapter for Xbox One controller to PC.

    [PC] Xbox Wireless dongle + Dolby Atmos = Audio cut in/out

    Dear Kathy, I am having the exact same issue.

    I have also tested on multiple pcs, with and without the wireless adapter.

    When wired, everything works.

    When connected by the adapter, the audio stutters heavily.

    I tried different headsets too.

    Windows wireless headset and Beoplay Portal. Both same issue.

    Is there a fix comming? Or has this been shelved and there is no more work done about it?

    Since you are marketing the wireless headset as dolby atmos compatible, it should work via the wireless adapter on PC with dolby atmos?
