Multiple Xbox Consoles on Home Network

Context - 3 consoles on one network. One Series X, one One X and a normal Xbox One. Everything worked perfectly for years of having multiple consoles on the network, in the same house, playing games online with family members.

Recently the Xbox One is having issues of the controller disconnecting every few seconds. We resynched the controller and it's ok for a while then starts to do it again. The Series X has an Xbox Wireless Headset and it gets choppy on audio and then disconnects and shuts off entirely. Happens frequently during play sessions. All this started in the last 72 hours.

Proximity of the consoles has never been an issue before, all devices are fully updated. The network speeds are stable and fine with a gig down and roughly 40 up.

I've seen no issues like this so I'm just pondering as to why or if anyone else is experiencing issues like this. It all takes place when we play MCC together. No other game has this issue though a game should not be causing these types of hardware issues.

First check if the consoles firmware is upto date. Also check if the controller firmware is upto date as well. If they are, then I'll suggest you try reinstalling MCC since it is the only game with the issue.

Well then let’s look at your router, do you know what the brand and model number is? It should be somewhere on it

Everything in the house is wired minus phones and tablets. No devices have been added and no new microwave, either.

I'm curious as to if it's a problem between the series x and xbox one. When they are both on the problems are worse but if one of is off the problems happen less.

Is your network on Wi-Fi? Have you added any new wireless devices or things like a microwave in the recent past. All these problems could have many causes from the original Xbox beginning to show its age, to your router beginning to fail, is it just too many things on the Wi-Fi. Xbox wireless accessories work on the same frequencies with as many household Wi-Fi devices

Home gold will only work for the one console that is set as the Home console. It's not possible to share gold across multiple consoles.
