    Hey, My username is , I recently had an xbox account name called: "Noahsnowa#4269" i know the user might sound a bit weird but come on i was 11 when i got this. Anyway, my xbox got water damaged and it just immediately shut off. Fast forward a couple of months and i get a new series S! I try to sign onto my old account hoping it would work but it made a new user which is my username. I'm really trying to be specific so ima just say it in a simple way. I need help trying to get my old account back along with all of my purchased games i no longer have access to. I've tried doing simple things by trying to add the same email sign in on my xbox but it says its already on there. I read some pages about a same issue i have but they don't specify. My friends also have the same problem so we just play on the "alts", you guys also have this problem like i do?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We can only have one Xbox profile under one Microsoft account and that being said, this may mean that you're signed in under the wrong account.

    Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own by signing in to the Xbox.

    Sure did. I realize that :). The profile is on both of them, it was working to just sign in to whichever one I wanted.
