Multiple video issues on Xbox series x, any further diagnostics?

Xbox series x Issue: Multiple games (MWII, Madden 23, FIFA23) are now having issues with crashing to home or crashing the console to off. Furthermore, games are displaying video issues with missing textures or multiple flashing coloured lights across the screen. I have already done a fresh reset on the console, reinstalled games multiple times, and done an offline system update. Speaking with Xbox support, the best they can do is offer me a $300 CAD repair bill on console that is less than 2 years old. Any further ways to fix/diagnose this or am I doomed to pay half the cost of the console for repairs. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Mikeytwotime22, by your description you have already tried all possible procedures with your console and also got assistance from Xbox Support.

As this forum is open to the public and unfortunately, as independent consultants, we do not have access to some of the data as they are, otherwise I can suggest that you take your console to a technical assistance center to ask for a diagnosis and see if the repair can be cheaper.

I have exactly the same issue today with the Xbox Series X but not the S.

"issue with flickering pixels that only happen on the menus of the console, but not in game"

tried multiple displays and multiples HDMI cable.

I can’t get Fable 3 to play in any capacity on my new series x. I have the disc and digital version. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and once I hit start to go to the game it slows then freezes and goes no further. Anyone having same issue or fixes

You're running unfinished beta software; issues such as crashes and bugs are expected. The software has not been fully tested, hence why it is not yet released to the public and is instead distributed to insider members for further testing.

Please use the Xbox Report a Problem app to report these issues, the team needs to be aware of these problems so they can be fixed.

Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
Select Report new problem.

If you're experiencing an audio or video issue, you can provide additional info and diagnostics to your problem report by selecting Reproduce with advanced diagnostics. Otherwise select Continue with standard diagnostics.

Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, the issue is not happening on multiple devices, only on the brand new Xbox Series X device
