I have multiple users under my account using my Xbox live account from multiple consoles. How do I remove their accounts, because they are not on mine and also they are downloading content and deleting it as well. I can't find them on my Xbox family settings. Is there other ways to delete them.

I also have two step verification on and I have to verify my account through my email or phone that are both hacked. I tried to sign in on a computer and now it's saying I've tried too many times to log in. So I cannot access my account at all. I have to someone contact me or get a recovery code. How can I do this? I'm lost here. I'm getting screwed over by the second while I cannot speak with tech support.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. I can't Log in period. I'm the real user here and im completely blocked from my account because you require a sign in to access a chat service or phone call back. How do I get my account back? Please help?
