Multiple subscription billing

Microsoft contact support would have to be the worst ever.

I was checking my bank statements today and noticed we are being charged for 2 xbox live subscriptions and have been for at least 6 months.... I have checked mine, my wifes and childrens accounts and cant find any subscription.

This trying to navigate Microsoft support is so [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] up and am seriously considering cancelling my wifes credit card just to get this sorted.

You may have to cancel the credit card if you can't find an account in your household associated with the subscription. If it's being used by someone else you would need to report that to the credit card company and call Microsoft support to let them know
as well.

If the charges are not associated with your accounts, your best option would be to contact support directly at support.xbox.com then go to billing, no Thanks to the virtual assistant, then select an option. There should be choices for request a call, chat
with support, etc. so they can sort out of the issue.

Hi Jason,

Only support agent will be able to help with this if you've already checked every profile on your console for the subscription information. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. You may need to make different selections when choosing topics/categories to get the option to get a call back. Thanks for your patience while we attempt
to make the process more smooth.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

Also, if there are multiple charges you may need to check other Microsoft account where you may have used your PayPal email.

im sorry is this a dumb question but how does cancelling it not turn off the subscription?? and why after multiple months does it suddenly bill me?
