    Multiple Reward accounts ....


    For some reason Microsoft have given me 2 Xbox Live Reward accounts, I can only assume one was logged to my old 360 and when I upgraded to the One it has opened a new account. Does anyone know how I can just get the points from both onto one account ? As
    of course there is no-one I can speak to at Microsoft to help with this .... !! Thanks

    Multiple Reward accounts ....

    If you're using the same account as you did on the 360 it should all be following the same account. But you'll want to post in the support section of this thread in order for Rewards support to assist.

    No, you cannot combine the Bing Rewards points from multiple accounts to buy one Reward.

    Microsoft reward has been wrongfully suspended

    I'd contact support as noted above, having multiple accounts on the xbox or the same clan tag shouldn't have anything to do with the Microsoft rewards points on your account.

    I would like to change who my reward goes to if that is possible

    I doubt they will change who your reward goes to. This probably was done to prevent people from using multiple accounts to get points.

    I get absolutely no replies from rewards support AT ALL... just a "case closed" email. Anyone else?

    That is strange. The two times I've had to reach out to the Rewards team regarding an issue I had a response (and resolution) within 24 hours both times. As far as suspended accounts, by far the most common reason is they discover people using multiple
    accounts to try to earn rewards.
