Multiple requests for renewed subscription to Minesweeper Premium Edition

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Minesweeper and the premium subscription. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and
let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

I don't think they have the premium edition of the Battlefield 3 on the marketplace, so I'm going to go with it's just premium subscription and you'd need Battlefield 3 base game to play.

Edit: Just checked it's just the subscription. If your want the Battlefield 3 Premium edition (Base game and premium subscription) you'd have to buy if from a retailer.

I didn't know that there was a Premium Deluxe add-on. I thought only the Premium Deluxe version of the game was being sold nowadays. If you purchased this add-on, it should work even with the Game Pass version of the game (if your subscription is still active).

But if you want to own the Premium Deluxe Edition of the game, you can request a refund for the add-on you purchased and then buy the Premium Deluxe Edition.

Although now it doesn't recognise that I have a paid premium subscription. For the last two days it worked if I pressed the restore purchases option in the menu. Today it doesn't. I think Microsoft are messing around with the programme as they did recently with Minesweeper.
